Lack of Sleep Affacts Kids' Learning Ability
By Vivek
7/17/2008 10:14:00 AM
Lack of sleep can adversely affect the ability of kids to learn and interact at school, according to new study. The new survey led by Melbourne researchers has revealed that nearly a quarter of children aged six and seven have poor sleeping habits, which has a strong effect on their heath, behaviour and learning ability.

The team from the Centre for Community Child Health at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute studied almost 4500 children, whose sleep behaviour was recorded at the age four to five and again at six to seven. About one-third of children reported poor sleep habits.

In another survey, about 23 per cent of the children were reported to have sleep problems. About 6 per cent were classified as moderate or severe.

The problems included children who were unhappy to sleep alone, reluctance to go to bed, restless sleep and waking during the night.

Seven Hours Sleep a Night Helps Reduce Heart Problems
By Vivek
7/17/2008 8:10:00 AM
UK's Daily Mail newspaper has cited a study on its website that discusses the benefits and importance of having enough sleep. As per Daily Mail story:

"Getting enough sleep can be difficult for many juggling the demands of work, leisure and family. But experts said yesterday that those who clock up seven hours of shut-eye a night can slash the risk of health problems. Those who manage fewer hours double the risk of heart problems, warn researchers."

The report has also discussed the effects of poor sleep on health of our heart:

"Long-term studies show that those who drop down to five hours or fewer face a 70 per cent extra risk of dying from all causes. They also face twice the risk of death from a cardiovascular problem. However, getting more than seven hours can also be a risk, according to the study by the University of Warwick and University College London."

My Dormanex SR expierience part 2
By Richard Reboredo
7/10/2008 2:36:00 PM

I have been taking Dormanex SR for a couple months now and I am still fanatic about it.  My sleep patterns are really improving as well.  I used to feel like there was not enough time in the day to do all the things I wanted, but the reality for me was that I did not have enough energy to do it all.  I used to wake up with just enough time to get ready for work and hurry out the door. From work I would go to school for a couple hours or study and then go home to my wife and by that time I would not have enough energy to devote any time or attention to her. Nor did I have the ability to tend to the rest of my responsibilities properly.  When you lack sleep or good sleep everything else is just more difficult than it has to be.  Ever since I started to take Dormanex my energy and attitude towards just about everything has gotten 100 % better.  It was all due to my poor sleep patterns. Now that I am getting a good, deep sleep I have energy to do all these things and more.  I have even been getting up early enough to go to the gym before I go to work, which is huge in my book.   I am not dragging along at work and after work when I attend class I still have the energy to give my undivided attention. I have become such a fanatic that I have recommended it to everyone in my family.  Now my sister, who is a working professional and the mother of 2, has started to take it and she completely agrees that this is a miracle product.  My Grandmother who just turned 85 years old says that she loves taking Dormanex SR.  She has been complaining about not getting enough sleep since I can remember and it was amazing to hear her say something positive about sleeping.  I would recommend this for any adult in any situation.

I also started to take Total Recall which is an all natural pill that has vitamins and other things that help feed your brain and it keeps me focused all day. I felt like I had super powers in my brain when I started to take it.  I will get more into Total Recall in my next blog.

My Dormanex SR Experience
By Richard Reboredo

I started taking Dormanex SR about a two weeks ago because I have felt like I have not been sleeping very well.  I used to wake up  several times in the middle of the night and it would take me a few minutes to go back to sleep.  I never really thought that there was anything I could do about it.  I did not think that my problem was so severe that I should consult a doctor or take some sort of drug for it.  I just tried to deal with it the best I could.  I was given some Dormanex SR by a friend who told me it was an all natural sleep aid. This is a plus becuase i am not big on putting things in my body that are not natural. The first night I tired it I slept like a baby.  I fell asleep quick, instead of staying awake in bed watching t.v. and i woke up the next morning feeling refreshed.  There were no side effects or any of the sort. The next couple nights I took Dormanex SR It had the same effect, except that in the morning I started to wake up just a couple minutes before my alarm clock would sound.  My body is getting accustomed to the time I fall asleep and the time I wake up.  Not only did I wake up a couple minutes before the alarm clock, but when I wake up I feel fresh and ready for the day.  Almost all my life i have hated waking up,  I always felt  like I didn't sleep enough, but not anymore, not since I found Dormanex SR.  This is a great product!!
